Amended Appendix A. This Amended Appendix A, dated as of February 22, 2022, and effective May 1, 2022, restates Exhibit A to the Operating Expense Agreement dated February 24, 1999, between Spirit of America Investment Fund, Inc. and Spirit of America Management Corp.
Amended Appendix A of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the Amended Appendix A attached hereto.
