Ambiguous Instructions. In the event that a Purchase Order or Redemption Order contains terms that differ from the information provided in the related telephone call or email transmission, the Trustee will attempt to contact the Authorized Participant to request confirmation of the terms of the order at the telephone number indicated in the Purchase Order or Redemption Order. If an Authorized Representative confirms the terms as they appear in the Purchase Order or Redemption Order, then the order will be accepted and processed.
