Amazon Program Team. Without limiting any obligation of an Amazon Party under this Agreement to provide Personnel in support of the Program, each Amazon Party will determine the job responsibilities of its employees in its sole discretion; provided, that Amazon Services shall designate its own “Program Manager” as the primary point of contact for day-to-day management and oversight of the Program. Amazon will fund and staff at least one full-time employee or its equivalent, who will support the Program during the Term.
