ALTISOURCE. pursuant to Section 4, shall not use, and shall not cause or permit any third party to use, the OCWEN IP in any unlawful or deceptive manner or in any other way that is likely to directly or indirectly tarnish, dilute, denigrate, diminish, lessen the value of or invalidate any of the OCWEN IP.
