Alternatives to Relocation Sample Clauses

The "Alternatives to Relocation" clause defines the options available to parties when physical relocation of a person, asset, or operation is not feasible or desirable. Typically, this clause outlines alternative solutions such as remote work arrangements, use of substitute facilities, or temporary accommodations, depending on the context of the agreement. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and continuity by ensuring that contractual obligations can still be met even if relocation cannot occur, thereby minimizing disruption and addressing unforeseen circumstances.
