Special Rules for New Accounts If you are a new customer, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days your account is open: Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from deposits of cash, wire transfers, and the first $5,525 of a day's total deposits of cashier's, certified, teller's, traveler's, and federal, state and local government checks will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. For example, the checks must be payable to you. The excess over $5,525 will be available on the ninth business day after the day of your deposit. If your deposit of these checks (other than a U.S. Treasury check) is not made in person to one of our employees, the first $5,525 will not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit. Funds from deposits of checks drawn on R BANK will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit. Funds from all other check deposits will be available on the ninth business day after the day of your deposit.
Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of 30 June 2014, the Reporting Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by 30 June 2015. If based on this review such account is identified as a Reportable Account on or before 31 December 2014, the Reporting Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2014 in the first report on the Account and on an annual basis thereafter. In the case of an account identified as a Reportable Account after 31 December 2014 and on or before 30 June 2015, the Reporting Financial Institution is not required to report information about such account with respect to 2014, but must report information about the account on an annual basis thereafter.

Administrative Procedures You and the Bank agree to perform the respective duties and obligations specifically provided to be performed in the Administrative Procedures for Global Notes, Series A (the “Administrative Procedures”) that are attached hereto as Exhibit B, as amended from time to time. Purpose; Incorporation by Reference of Auction Procedures and Settlement Procedures (a) On each Auction Date, the provisions of the Auction Procedures will be followed by the Auction Agent for the purpose of determining the Applicable Rate for the of APS, for the next Dividend Period therefor. Administrative Procedure iTrip staff will administer and determine whether a damage qualifies as Covered Damage. Such staff will have the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs and eligibility for the waiver of liability described herein. The iTrip Franchisee has ultimate claim administration authority. Arbitration is required prior to litigation.
Procedures for Actions and Consents of Partners The actions requiring Consent of any Partner or Partners pursuant to this Agreement, including Section 7.3 hereof, or otherwise pursuant to applicable law, are subject to the procedures set forth in this Article 14.

Additional Bank Accounts Borrower shall not, directly or indirectly, open, establish or maintain any deposit account, investment account or any other account with any bank or other financial institution, other than the Blocked Accounts and the accounts set forth in Schedule 8.8 hereto, except: (a) as to any new or additional Blocked Accounts and other such new or additional accounts which contain any Collateral or proceeds thereof, with the prior written consent of Lender and subject to such conditions thereto as Lender may establish and (b) as to any accounts used by Borrower to make payments of payroll, taxes or other obligations to third parties, after prior written notice to Lender.
