Alternative Minimum Adjusted Availability Test. Notwithstanding the forgoing, Borrowers shall not be obligated to comply with the covenants set forth in subsections 6.1 and 6.3 so long as Borrowers shall maintain an aggregate Availability of at least $2,000,000 at all times on and after the Closing Date.
