Alternative Enforcement. The remedies set out in this Grant Agreement are contractual in nature. Nothing stated in this Grant Agreement in any way limits, prevents or precludes the State of California from taking any enforcement action, exercising any police power, or prosecuting any violation of law.
Alternative Enforcement. As an alternative to cancellation of this Agreement for breach of any condition or covenant, the COUNTY or any landowner may bring any action in court necessary to enforce the Agreement including, but not limited to, an action to enforce the Agreement by specific performance or injunction.
