ALTERATIONS TO THESE RULES. Subject to the provisions of section 37 of the Act if and to the extent that section is in force and applies to the Plan at the relevant time the persons or bodies having the power of alteration in relation to the rest of the Plan may at any time in writing make any alteration to these Rules.
