Alterations to payment amounts. Each of (a) the Instalments of the Contract Price payable pursuant to the Novation Agreement (in the case of the First Instalment) and the Novated Building Contract (in the case of the other Instalments) shall be in the amounts set out in, or calculated in accordance with, the Novation Agreement and/or (as the case may be) the Novated Building Contract and (b) the Supervision Costs and Buyer’s Supplies Reimbursement Amount payable in accordance with the Supervision Agreement shall be in the amount set out in, or calculated in accordance with, the Supervision Agreement, in each such case as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with any relevant provisions of the Transaction Documents.
