Common use of Alterations, Improvements or Additions Clause in Contracts

Alterations, Improvements or Additions. Without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Subtenant shall not make, or permit anyone to make, any alterations, improvements or additions in or to the Premises , or install any equipment of any kind that will cause any alteration or addition to the water, heating, air-conditioning or electrical or other systems or equipment of the facility.
