ALTERATIONS, DECORATIONS and REPAIRS. Tenant shall not alter or repair the Property or building in any way without written consent of Landlord. No satellite dishes, antennas, security alarms etc. shall be installed. No signage is allowed in windows, in yard, or anywhere on property. No items (including those intended to be free to others) may be left anywhere on property—including porch, yard, street, and alley.
