Alterations by Tenant to Expansion Area. Landlord has agreed to the Tenant's making non-structural changes, additions and improvements in the Leased Premises (including the expansion area), and to adapt the same to its business at Tenant's sole expense, which changes, additions and improvements shall be made in compliance with Article XV and Article XXXVI of the Lease.
