Allowable Modifications Sample Clauses
The Allowable Modifications clause defines the extent to which one party may make changes to a product, service, or agreement without breaching the contract. Typically, this clause outlines specific types of modifications that are permitted, such as minor design adjustments or updates to technical specifications, and may require prior written notice or approval for certain changes. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for necessary updates or improvements while maintaining clear boundaries to prevent unauthorized or disruptive alterations.
