Upon the dissolution of the Partnership, the realized gains and losses of the Partnership attributable to sales of assets pursuant to Section 10.04 and the unrealized gains and losses of the assets to be distributed pursuant to Section 10.04 shall be allocated among the Partners in a manner consistent with the distribution provisions of this Article 6.
