Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2015-3 Notes (i) during the Series 2015-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2015-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2015-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2015-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2015-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b)(ii), 3.2(c)(ii) or 3.2(d)(ii), as the case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2015-3 Notes or to be allocated to the Series 2015-3 Reserve Account.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20152009-3 Notes (i) during the Series 20152009-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20152009-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20152009-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2015-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20152009-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b)(ii), 3.2(c)(ii) or 3.2(d)(ii3.2(c)(ii), as the case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20152009-3 Notes or to be allocated to the Series 2015-3 Reserve AccountNotes.
