Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 2003-5 Notes (i) during the Series 2003-5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2003-5 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2003-5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 20032002-5 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20032002-5 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20032002-5 2 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20032002-5 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 2003-5 3 Notes (i) during the Series 2003-5 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2003-5 3 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2003-5 3 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 20032002-5 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20032002-5 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20032002-5 3 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20032002-5 3 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 2003-5 4 Notes (i) during the Series 2003-5 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2003-5 4 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2003-5 4 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 20032002-5 4 Notes (i) during the Series 2003-35- 2002-5 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20032002-5 4 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20032002-5 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20032002-5 4 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by AFC-II to the Series 2003-5 1 Notes (i) during the Series 2003-5 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2003-5 1 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2003-5 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2003-5 1 Notes.
