Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 2004-1 Notes (i) during the Series 2004-1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2004-1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f) and (ii) during the Series 2004-1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2004-1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2004-1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), 3.2(c) or 3.2(d), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2004-1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 2004-1 4 Notes (i) during the Series 2004-1 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2004-1 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2004-1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2004-1 Rapid 4 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2004-1 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), 3.2(c3.2(b)(ii) or 3.2(d(c)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2004-1 4 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 20042006-1 Notes (i) during the Series 20042006-1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042006-1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20042006-1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20042006-1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042006-1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), 3.2(c2.2(b) or 3.2(d2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20042006-1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 20042005-1 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20042005-1 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042005-1 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f) and (ii) during the Series 20042005-1 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20042005-1 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042005-1 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), ) or Section 3.2(c) or 3.2(d), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20042005-1 3 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 20042006-1 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20042006-1 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042006-1 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f) and (ii) during the Series 20042006-1 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20042006-1 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042006-1 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b3.2(b)(ii), 3.2(c(c)(ii) or 3.2(d(d)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20042006-1 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 20042005-1 Notes (i) during the Series 20042005-1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042005-1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20042005-1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20042005-1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042005-1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), 3.2(c2.2(b) or 3.2(d2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20042005-1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by CRCF to the Series 20042005-1 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20042005-1 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20042005-1 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(f2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20042005-1 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20042005-1 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be CONFORMED COPY allocated to the Series 20042005-1 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 3.2(b), 3.2(c2.2(b) or 3.2(d2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20042005-1 4 Notes.
