Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2011-3 Notes (i) during the Series 2011-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2011-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2011-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2011-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2011-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2011-3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112018-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112018-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112018-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112018-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112018-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112018-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112018-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112013-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112013-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112013-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112013-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112013-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112013-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112013-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112013-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112013-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112013-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112013-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112013-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112013-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112013-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112019-3 Notes (i) during the Series 20112019-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112019-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112019-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112019-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112019-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112019-3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112018-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112018-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112018-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112018-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112018-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112018-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112018-3 1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2011-3 5 Notes (i) during the Series 2011-3 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2011-3 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2011-3 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2011-3 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2011-3 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2011-3 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112010-3 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20112010-3 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112010-3 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112010-3 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112010-3 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112010-3 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112010-3 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 7 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 7 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 7 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 7 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 7 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 7 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 7 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF AFC-II to the Series 20112004-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112004-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112004-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112004-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112004-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112004-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112004-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112015-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112015-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112015-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112015-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112015-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112015-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112015-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112020-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112020-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112020-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112020-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112020-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112020-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112020-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112019-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112019-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112019-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112019-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112019-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112019-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112019-3 1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112007-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112007-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112007-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112007-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112007-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112007-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112007-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112022-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112022-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112022-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112022-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b)(ii), 3.2(c)(ii) or 2.2(c3.2(d)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112022-3 Notes2 Notes or to be allocated to the Series 2022-2 Reserve Account.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112010-3 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20112010-3 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112010-3 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112010-3 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112010-3 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112010-3 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112010-3 4 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112022-3 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20112022-3 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112022-3 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112022-3 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112022-3 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 4 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112022-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112022-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112022-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112022-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112022-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112022-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112008-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112008-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112008-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112008-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2011-3 Rapid 1 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112008-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b)(ii) or 2.2(c(c)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112008-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112016-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112016-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112016-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112016-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112016-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112016-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112016-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF CRCF to the Series 20112005-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112005-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112005-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112005-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112005-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112005-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112005-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112014-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20112014-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112014-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112014-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112014-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112014-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112014-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112015-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20112015-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112015-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112015-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112015-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112015-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112015-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 6 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 6 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 6 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 6 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 6 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 6 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 6 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20112023-3 8 Notes (i) during the Series 20112023-3 8 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 8 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20112023-3 8 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20112023-3 8 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20112023-3 8 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20112023-3 8 Notes.
