Allocations for Group I Noteholders. On each day on which Group I Collections are deposited into the Group I Collection Account, HVF II shall allocate Group I Collections deposited into the Group I Collection Account in accordance with this Article V and shall instruct the Trustee in writing to withdraw the required amounts from the Group I Collection Account and make the required deposits in any Group I Series Account in accordance with this Article V, as modified by each Group I Series Supplement. HVF II shall make such deposits or payments on the date indicated therein in immediately available funds or as otherwise provided in the applicable Group I Series Supplement for any Series of Group I Notes.
