Common use of Allocation Related to Common Stock Clause in Contracts

In the event additional shares of Common Stock are issued or sold together with other securities or other assets of the Company for a consideration which covers both, the consideration received (computed as provided in (1) and (2) above) shall be allocable to such additional shares of Common Stock as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company.
