Allocation of Time to Partnership Business. The General Partners shall not be required to devote full time to the affairs of the Partnership, but shall devote whatever time, effort and skill they deem to be reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Partnership's business. The General Partners may engage in any other businesses or activities, including businesses related to or competitive with the Partnership.
