Allocation of Taxes for Separate Returns. (i) WPC shall be responsible for all Taxes reported, or required to be reported, on a WPC Separate Tax Return. (ii) NLOP shall be responsible for all Taxes reported, or required to be reported, on a NLOP Separate Tax Return.
