Common use of Allocation of Partial Redemptions Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Partial Redemptions. In the case of each partial redemption of the bonds of the Twenty-fifth Series, the principal amount of the bonds of the Twenty-fifth Series to be redeemed shall be allocated by the Company among all of the bonds of the Twenty-fifth Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for redemption.
