Allocation of Expenses and Charges. The Management Company shall provide investment advisory, statistical and research facilities and all clerical services relating to research, statistical and investment work, and shall provide for the compilation and maintenance of such records relating to these functions as shall be required under applicable law and the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
