Common use of Allocation of After-tax Savings Clause in Contracts

Allocation of After-tax Savings. Section 401(k) Contributions, Company Contributions and Forfeitures Among Subaccounts. The following amounts shall be further allocated among such Participant’s Fund Subaccounts in the appropriate percentages in accordance with the Participant’s election: (1) that portion of any Company contribution which is allocated pursuant to Section 6.4 to the Company Contribution Account of a Participant who has made an election; (2) the Participant’s After-tax Savings; (3) the Participant’s Section 401(k) Contributions; and (4) forfeitures allocated under Section 6.9 to the Company Contribution Account of a Participant.
