Allocation Notification. MLS shall notify the Union within five (5) business days of awarding an allocation to any Team, and shall, upon request provide the Union with a copy of the amount of allocation used/outstanding for each Team. The Union will have the right to inspect the allocations, for confirmation purposes and on a confidential basis.
