The 'Allocation for New Fee Items' clause defines how costs associated with newly introduced fees or charges will be distributed between the parties to an agreement. Allocation for New Fee Items. In each of the Fiscal Years from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2014, the Government will make an additional annual allocation of $1 million for new fee items (that is, fee items to be added to the Payment Schedule). These funds will be allocated to new fee items pursuant to Articles 12 and 13. Any such monies that are unused in one Fiscal Year (including the Fiscal Year ending on March 31, 2014) shall be carried forward to the next Fiscal Year. The funding obligation to provide the $1 million additional annual allocation for new fee items under this section ends on March 31, 2014.

Allocation for New Fee Items. (a) The Government will provide the following funding to be allocated to Specialist Sections and to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections for adding new fees to the Payment Schedule:
(i) effective April 1, 2023, $3 million per year to Specialist Sections and $3 million per year to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections; and
(ii) effective April 1, 2024, an additional $3 million per year to Specialist Sections and an additional $3 million per year to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections.
(b) The funds in section 16.1(a) will be allocated to new fee items pursuant to Articles 12 and 13.
Allocation for New Fee Items.
(a) The Government will provide the following funding to be allocated to Specialist Sections and to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections for adding new fees to the Payment Schedule:
(i) effective April 1, 2019, $1 million per year to Specialist Sections and $1 million per year to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections;
(ii) effective April 1, 2020, an additional $1 million per year to Specialist Sections and an additional $1 million per year to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections; and
(iii) effective April 1, 2021, an additional $1 million per year to Specialist Sections and an additional $1 million per year to Physician Sections that are not Specialist Sections.
(b) The funds in section 16.1(a) will be allocated to new fee items pursuant to Articles 12 and 13. Any new fee item funds described in this section 16.1 and in the 2019 Physician Master Agreement that are unused in one Fiscal Year (including the Fiscal Year ending on March 31, 2022) shall be carried forward to the next Fiscal Year.

These funds will be allocated to new fee items pursuant to Articles 12 and 13. Any new fee item funds described in this section 16.1 and in the 2012 Physician Master Agreement that are unused in one Fiscal Year (including the Fiscal Year ending on March 31, 2019) shall be carried forward to the next Fiscal Year. The funding obligation to provide the $1 million additional annual allocation for new fee items under this section ends on March 31, 2019.
