Allocation for New Fee Items Clause Samples

The 'Allocation for New Fee Items' clause defines how costs associated with newly introduced fees or charges will be distributed between the parties to an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for identifying new fee items, determining their relevance, and specifying which party is responsible for payment—such as when regulatory changes introduce additional administrative fees during the contract term. Its core practical function is to ensure that any unforeseen or additional costs are fairly and transparently allocated, preventing disputes and maintaining financial clarity throughout the contractual relationship.
