Common use of Allocation Application Clause in Contracts

Allocation Application. “Allocation Application” or “Application” shall mean the NMTC Program Application Form, together with any permitted attachments submitted (either in electronic or hard-copy format) by the Allocatee to the Fund, in response to the Notice of Allocation Availability (NOAA) inviting applications for the NMTC Program that was published in the Federal Register on July 15, 2005 and as amended March 10, 2006.

Allocation Application. “Allocation Application” or “Application” shall mean the NMTC Program Application Form, together with any permitted attachments submitted (either in electronic or hard-copy format) by the Allocatee to the Fund, in response to the Notice of Allocation Availability (NOAA) inviting applications for the NMTC Program that was published in the Federal Register on July 15December 28, 2005 and as amended March 10, 20062007.
