Allocation Among Properties. The monthly Administration Charge determined for each Phase shall be reasonably allocated among the Properties and all other properties served by the Manager during each monthly period on the basis of a ratio, the numerator of which shall equal the direct labor costs charged to a particular property, and the denominator of which shall equal the total direct labor costs incurred for the Properties and all other properties served by the Manager.
