Common use of All Users Clause in Contracts

All Users. Subscriptions may only be used for your own internal use (including authorized corporate affiliates). Subscriptions may be used under the terms of this Agreement by third parties acting on your behalf, such as contractors, subcontractors or outsourcing vendors, provided you remain responsible for your obligations and the activities and omissions of these third parties. You may purchase further Users for On-Premise or Cloud deployment by submitting additional Order Forms.
