All Subscribers. If you do not complete the Subscriber Questionnaire, your Subscription Agreement shall be deemed incomplete and cannot be executed. THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT SHALL NOT BE EFFECTIVE UNLESS AND UNTIL IT IS COUNTERSIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FUND.
