All Powers Coupled with Interest. All powers of attorney and other authorizations granted to the Administrative Agent by a Fund Group Party with respect to a Fund Group pursuant to any provisions of this Credit Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents shall be deemed coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable so long as any of the Obligations of such Fund Group remain unpaid or unsatisfied (other than contingent reimbursement and indemnification obligations not then due), any of the available Commitments of such Fund Group remain in effect or the Credit Facility as it relates to such Fund Group has not been terminated.
