All Other Rights Retained by Licensor; Covenant not to Challenge. All rights not expressly granted to the Company hereunder are reserved by Licensor for its own use and benefit. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall not challenge the validity of Licensor's ownership of the Licensed Programming or any intellectual property registration or application for registration thereof or contest the fact that the Company's rights under this Agreement are solely those of the Company, which rights shall terminate in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.
