All Other Phases. Payment shall not exceed 3.5% of each project cost as entered on Line F of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Form J, Page 02, and 3.5% of any other related or other project costs that CONSTRUCTION MANAGER provides services for (this will include demolition work, testing, utility coordination, and any alternate bids, whether accepted or not).
