Common use of All Other Disputes Clause in Contracts

All Other Disputes. All other disputes, including but not limited to, those 38 arising under the law of tort, contract, restitution and/or legal malpractice 39 shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration 40 Association (“AAA”) in New Orleans, Louisiana under the Commercial 41 Arbitration Rules, Expedited Procedures effective at the time of the 42 dispute.

All Other Disputes. All other disputes, including but not limited to, those 38 56 arising under the law of tort, contract, restitution and/or legal malpractice 39 57 shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration 40 58 Association (“AAA”) in New Orleans, Louisiana under the Commercial 41 59 Arbitration Rules, Expedited Procedures effective at the time of the 42 60 dispute.
