All Other Assignments Null and Void. The terms of this Celgene Lead Co-Co Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the successors, heirs, administrators and permitted assigns of the Parties. Any purported assignment in violation of this Section 9.4 will be null and void ab initio.
