All Obligations to Constitute One Obligation. All Obligations shall constitute one general obligation of the Borrower, and shall be secured by the Lender's security interest in and lien upon all of the Collateral of the Borrower and by all other security interests and liens heretofore, now or at any time or times hereafter granted by the Borrower to the Lender.
