Common use of All Loans One Obligation Clause in Contracts

All Loans One Obligation. All Obligations of Bald▇▇▇ ▇▇ the Lenders under the Loan Documents shall constitute one obligation to the Lenders secured by the security interest granted in this Credit Agreement, and by all other Liens heretofore, now, or at any time or times hereafter granted by Bald▇▇▇. ▇▇l of the rights of the Lenders set forth in this Credit Agreement shall apply to any modification of or supplement to this Credit Agreement, or Exhibits hereto, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
