Common use of All Inventory Clause in Contracts

All Inventory. A security interest in all of Grantor's inventory, including all goods, merchandise and other tangible personal property, specifically including medical supplies, wheresoever located, now owned or hereafter acquired and held for sale or lease or furnished or to be furnished under contracts for service or used or consumed in Grantor's business and all additions and accessions thereto and contracts with respect thereto and all documents of title evidencing or representing any part thereof, and all products and proceeds thereof, wherever located and however situated.
