Alberta Clipper Surcharge Expiration. (a) Upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Alberta Clipper Surcharge Term, the Series AC Tariff Term Sheet shall be replaced with a revised tariff structure in accordance with Section 2(b) of the Series AC Tariff Term Sheet (the “Alberta Clipper Revised Tariff Structure”).
