AISLES Clause Samples

The AISLES clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, and accessibility of aisles within a property or premises. Typically, this clause ensures that aisles remain clear and unobstructed for safe passage, often specifying who is responsible for keeping them free from debris, merchandise, or other blockages. For example, in a commercial lease, the tenant may be required to keep aisles open to comply with fire safety regulations. The core function of this clause is to promote safety and compliance with legal standards by preventing obstructions that could impede movement or emergency evacuation.
