AIRWORTHINESS DATA. 9.1 The airworthiness data supplied by the Carrier deemed necessary to fulfill the Handling Companies responsibility at agreed aircraft type(s) are stated in the documentation stated below. Mentioned documentation is placed in hand of the Handling Company at location(s) in question. 9.2 It is the responsibility of the Carrier to ensure that the latest and valid revisions of technical documentation and/or check sheets are available to the Handling Company in order to fulfill the technical services agreed in the contract at the location(s) concerned.
AIRWORTHINESS DATA. The airworthiness data to be used in the execution of this Agreement is as follows: 5.1 Customer’s approved Engine maintenance program as approved by the EASA and/or NAA. 5.2 Type Certificate Authority and NAA Airworthiness Directives supplied by Customer. 5.3 The then-current OEM Engine Shop Manual to be supplied by Service Provider. 5.4 Any other technical data approved by the EASA and/or NAA.
AIRWORTHINESS DATA. The airworthiness data used for the purpose of this agreement as well as the authority responsible for the acceptance/approval must be specified. This may include, but may not be limited to: (a) Maintenance Programme, (b) ADs, (c) major repairs/modification data, (d) aircraft Maintenance Manual, (e) aircraft IPC, (f) Wiring diagrams, (g) Trouble shooting manual, (h) Minimum Equipment List (normally on board the aircraft), (i) Operations Manual (j) Flight Manual
