Aircraft Utilisation Sample Clauses
The Aircraft Utilisation clause defines how and to what extent an aircraft may be used under an agreement. It typically sets parameters such as maximum flight hours, cycles, or specific operational limits that the lessee must adhere to during the lease period. For example, it may restrict the number of takeoffs and landings or require the aircraft to be used only for certain types of operations. Aircraft Utilisation. The Seller shall, without payment or other liability, be entitled to use the Aircraft prior to Delivery as may be necessary to obtain the certificates required under Clause 7, and such use shall not prejudice the Buyer's obligation to accept Delivery of the Aircraft hereunder. Should the Seller wish to use the Aircraft of the Buyer before delivery for other purposes than the ones described above, the Seller has to obtain the Buyer's authorization and commercial compensation may be requested by the Buyer.
