Common use of Aircraft Registration Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Registration. The Tenant agrees that any aircraft which is based at, stored at, or utilizes the facility under this agreement, shall be currently in compliance with the aircraft registration requirements set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 360.
