Aircraft in Good Order and Repair. On the Delivery Date, the Aircraft shall be in an undamaged and airworthy condition with all systems and avionics functioning properly. The Aircraft shall be in full compliance with all FAA Airworthiness Directives and Mandatory Service Bulletins applicable to the Aircraft and shall have properly kept and updated maintenance and inspection records, reflecting the current maintenance and inspection status of the Aircraft, in accordance with all applicable FAA rules and regulations and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
