Airbus CBT Software. The Buyer shall be permitted to copy the Airbus CBT Software for back-up and archiving purposes and for loading of the Airbus CBT Software exclusively on the Buyer’s workstations or Server, as applicable. In such cases, the Buyer shall advise the Seller in writing of the number of any copies made. Any other copy for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
