Common use of Air Carrier Clause in Contracts

Air Carrier. Borrower is a Certificated Air Carrier. Borrower possesses all other necessary certificates, franchises, air carrier and other licenses, permits, rights, authorizations and concessions and consents which are material to the operation of Aircraft operated by it and routes flown by it and the conduct of its business and operations as currently conducted.

The Borrower possesses all other necessary certificates, franchises, air carrier and other licenses, permits, rights, authorizations and concessions designations, authorizations, exemptions, concessions, frequencies and consents which are material relate to the operation of Aircraft operated by it and routes the Routes flown by it and the conduct of its business and operations as currently conductedconducted except where failure to so possess would not, in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
