Common use of AIR BALANCING Clause in Contracts

AIR BALANCING. ‌ The Tenant agrees that it will, at the commencement of the Term and periodically throughout the Term including, without limitation, whenever any alterations are made to the Premises or requested by the Landlord, balance the air movement in the Premises at the Tenant’s expense and for this purpose use the air balancer designated by the Landlord. Any rebalancing of the climate control system necessitated by the installation of partitions, equipment or fixtures by the Tenant or by any use of the Premises not in accordance with the design standards of such system shall be performed by the Landlord at the Tenant’s expense. The Tenant shall provide copies of all air balancing reports, as completed, to the Landlord.
