AIL RESPONSIBILITIES. The Parties have agreed to the SOW, which describes the Gateway Terminals, including interface specifications for the Gateway and the AIL System. AIL shall deliver the CFE specified in the SOW in accordance with the schedule set forth therein. AIL agrees to provide such other AIL Background Information and AIL Foreground Information to Contractor, as set forth in Section 10.1, as may be reasonably required for Contractor to perform its obligations hereunder.
